Mary Black Anagrams (Closed)

This contest consisted of another puzzle in which you had to solve fifteen anagrams. Each anagram resulted in the title of a Mary Black song. This contest has ended, but you can still try to solve the anagrams. The answers for the anagram can be found on the answer page.

The winners of this contest are:

  1. Ilona Hartlief has won the The Moon and St. Christopher CD single
  2. Jordie Howell has won the One and Only CD single
  3. Fiona Monteith-Preston has won the Flesh and Blood CD single

For those of you who don't know what an anagram is, it is very simple. An anagram is a word or sentence that uses the same letters as another word or sentence, but in a different order. An example: the sentence "No iris" is an anagram of "Roisin". It is up to you to find the correct songtitle from the fifteen sentences below.

These are the fifteen anagrams you had to solve:

  1. I take
  2. But he lit one
  3. Your just "Jane"
  4. Dad's wire melts
  5. Giant runway
  6. Any old neon
  7. No bad old shelf
  8. Try on a head
  9. No game lost
  10. For an old singer
  11. Son's fake ID
  12. Dan's ill lies
